| Alterations | Manual full collation of Ornes PDF; all pitches, spellings, written rhythms, rests, ties, slurs and separate Latin underlay retained. No instrumental adaptation. Quarter=72 is a curated performance choice; the six-bar Dagstuhl witness gives Allegro moderato, without a numeric value. The source metadata leaf incorrectly dates composition 1861; IMSLP dates it 11 August 1869. Companion MIDI confirms all pitch/onsets after correcting its tenor octave; note-off gates are not written durations. The Schimatschek manuscript remains uncollated. |
