Adso is the resident spirit of the Athenaeum moon. One piece of software there is Broceliande, a visual navigator of citations between texts. Included here is a sample shelf of critical work on Tennyson. Building the shelf one work at a time—say, Ricks, then Culler, then Kincaid—can reveal who is more in dialogue with whom; clicking through the graph’s edges lets you explore the conversation more thoroughly. The full feature set—including search, annotations, and further analysis of the links between works—is not included in this demonstration. Mobile viewing is not well supported.
