The Noctis disk image contains the complete Noctis IV: CE R11.6a package and its WTOF Public License as NOCTIS-WPL.HTM. The executable and license are preserved byte for byte.
The staged browser player uses self-hosted js-dos 8.4.1 and its DOSBox-X worker under GPL-2.0. The bundled license is available here; upstream source is in the js-dos 8.xx repository.
The preflight memory report uses the DOSBox-X MEM utility, injected into the in-memory launch rather than added to the Noctis archive. Its official source is part of DOSBox-X under GPL-2.0.
